The Fairmont Creamery
A CLEVELAND LANDMARK
The Fairmont Creamery is a dynamic community that grew out of a once abandoned 107,000 square foot dairy factory. Now home to 30 residential suites and 6 commercial offices, the building is once again an activated stop between Ohio City and Tremont after sitting vacant for more than thirty years.
HISTORIC & MODERN
The Fairmont Creamery offers a variety of units ranging from efficient studios to spacious two bedrooms. Every unit features large windows, historic elements like concrete beams and exposed, yellow-glazed brick, and modern amenities. Underground garage parking is also available.
While rare, we do occasionally have vacancies. Reach out to see what is available or be added to our waitlist.
THE CREAMERY COMMUNITY
Aside from the historic charm inside each suite, the Fairmont Creamery offers amenities that allow residents to take advantage of the location and become active members of the Creamery’s community. A rooftop deck features three hundred and sixty degree views of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood, as well as garden plots for residents to grow plants and vegetables in the spring and summer. An underground garage provides parking for cars and bicycles.
The Tremont Athletic Club, a commercial tenant in the building, offers residents a discounted monthly membership to its two-level, 14,000 square foot gym space.
